Lovely Professional University (LPU) uses a grading system based on CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) to evaluate student performance. In this system, marks obtained in each subject are converted into letter grades, and each letter corresponds to a grade point on a 10-point scale. The most common grades and their points are: O = 10 (Outstanding), A+ = 9, A = 8, B+ = 7, B = 6, C = 5, D = 4.
