LPU does not mention one fixed CAT or MAT cutoff for MBA admission. For the 2026 intake, candidates generally need 55% in graduation and must qualify LPUNEST or an accepted exam such as CAT, XAT, MAT or CMAT, followed by the required video essay and interview. For LPUNEST, the current tentative scholarship cutoffs are 250, 200 and 150 out of 320, but these are scholarship cutoffs and may change.

Given is the process candidates need to follow for LPU BTech application process:
- Register on the LPUADMIT site.
- Fill out the LPUNEST application form.
- Pay the application fees of INR 1,000 (including a soft copy of the LPUNEST Kit) or INR 1,500 (including a hard copy of the LPUNEST Kit).
- Book preferred venue, date, and time slot to appear for the LPUNEST.

As per LPU (Admission Office) BTech placement data 2025, over 1500 recruiters participated in the placement drive. The university received 6,000+ offers. LPU reports an average salary of around INR 14.97 LPA for the top 10% students. The LPU (Admission Office) BTech the highest package was of INR 64 LPA. The top recruiters were Microsoft, Google, Infosys, L&T, Amazon, HCL, IBM, TCS, ICICI Bank, etc.

If you're visiting the LPU Admission Office, the main purpose is to make the admission process easier for prospective students and parents.
You can generally expect help with programme information, eligibility, application guidance, document requirements, fee-related queries and scholarship information. Students can also get assistance with understanding different courses and the steps involved in completing their application.
