- Long standing shifts can affect their physical well-being. Plus, irregular shifts can also affect their work-life balance.
- Handling various personalities and situations, including the ones who are intoxicated and demanding. Hence, they must have conflict resolution and well applied communication skills in those times.
- Another challenge is that they have to manage multiple task at once such as preparing drinks, customer service, and maintaining a clean workspace.
