You can only get to the third year of Diploma if you have completed your second year in Diploma. If you have completed your 12th Science then you can apply for second year of Diploma directly. And, if you want to take admission in Pune, you could search Diploma colleges in Pune through Shiksha.com. This is the best place where you could find colleges according to your eligibility and criteria.

Hello Tammy,
Diploma is in fact skill imparting course. To my knowledge, there are plenty of job opportunities for civil Diploma holders. You can join any builder or a company involved in building activity. With this experience, you can, after few years, start your own construction company.
