You must complete your 10+2 to pursue higher education abroad. Even for a diploma course you must complete your high school. So, complete your 10+2 here with good academic scores if you want to study abroad.

Diploma engineering is a good course in today's world as there is more demand for diploma holder in all the companies. Minimum eligibility for this course is 10th. It's a 3 year duration course. After diploma engineering, you have more opportunities. You can either do B.Tech or get a job government & private both.

It's good to know that you have not lost urge to study and acquire higher qualification. Yes you can join diploma on the basis of marks of 10th and I feel any topic of mechanical engineering orientation will be good.

Yes. As a matter of fact, entry to diploma courses is on the basis of marks obtained in 10th class. It's normally a three year course and fundamentally it was designed to enable skill based employment to students.

You must look for a Bachelors degree but which course is one thing you will decide. Since the desired program must be relevant to your previous education pick carefully. Bachelor degree in mechanical or automotive etc. are relevant. For colleges and more courses, I will suggest you check this link

Yes, Anna University allows Diploma holders to have a lateral entry in the 2nd year of engineering course. Normally when lateral entry is granted then graduation is allowed in similar branch only. Details you can find on the website of Anna University.

If you want to diploma then choose any government Diploma college, It will help you to get good college after diploma.
But in my suggestion, it will be great if you go for 12th class because doing class 12th will help you in getting a good job and career opportunity

Yes you can pursue your B.Tech but you must clear your IELTS first and also check for university admission requirements to see if you have enough academic grades. More than 60% is recommended.
