Yes you can pursue Diploma in Eng. From CCS Meerut. It requires few requirements such as mentioned:
Candidate must have passed 10+2 examination and Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) in the subjects taken together. Subjects (Compulsory Required)-Physics and Mathematics Subjects (At least One from list)-Chemistry/ Bio Technology /Biology/ Technical Vocational subject. JEE Main N/A.

Yes! Your higher education is most important for your good job. There is many advantages of disadvantages to do Diploma after 12th. Like you know the basic about your course if you go for B.Tech after Diploma then you already know the college life and you got admission direct in second year. This is the advantages of Diploma after 12th. If your directly go for B.Tech after 12th then you don't know anything about college life you have to put yourself in that surrounding you don't have any basic knowledge about your course and etc. Totally that I recommended to go for B.Tech after Diploma from IT line like CSE, CST, AIML According to you

First you should have to complete 10+2 from PCB / PCM then only you will be eligible to take admission in any medical field ilke lab technician or pharmacy whatever you want to pursue whether it is Diploma holder or for Bachelor. After 10th you can take admission in Polytechnic Diploma which offer courses like engineering holder degree after that you can take lateral entry also.
