You will have to wait Vishnu, it take a lot of time in counselling process. There are various rounds of counselling. I will advice you to SEE status of your application by logging into the university's official website.

Without JEE exams you cannot get into any of the NITs or IITs. However you can give entrance exams of your state and get into any of the good engineering college of your state. Or you can take a year drop and prepare for JEE exams and give it a try next year. Don't lose hope you have many choices left grab those. Good luck.
