Engineering Entrance Exam

MHT-CET entrance examinations consist of following papers:
(a) Paper I: Mathematics. Duration: 90 minutes
(b) Paper II: Physics and Chemistry. Duration: 90 minutes.
(c) Paper II: Biology. Duration: 90 minutes.
For candidate seeking admission for Engineering and Technology degree courses, it is mandatory that the candidate must appear for both Paper I and Paper II. The candidate seeking admission to Pharmacy / Pharm. D degree course, it is mandatory that the candidate must appear for Paper II as well as in Paper I and/or Paper III.

It will be total of 500 to 1000 for both.

Students taken can range from 60 to 80.

GATE - graduate aptitude test in Engineering is a national level examination conducted for the admission into post graduate studies such as:
M. E/M. Tech, M.Sc etc. in the government colleges.
It would give you a chance to get admission into the IITs and other top institutions for post graduate studies.
To clear GATE, you need to have high conceptual knowledge on your B.Tech, as the questions are based on your undergraduate degree only.
Right from second year, you need to Master all the concepts. Then, you may refer the previous year papers and prepare accordingly.
Use good books for preparation.

The admission into NITs is based on your ranks in JEE main examination. As you belong To SC category, your category rank should be below 500, so that you can get a seat at the top NITs in CSE.
You have to score 150+, so that you can easily get a seat at the top NITs.

Opening Date of Application Form for JEE Main 2018 is December 2017.
JEE Mains Form Last Date for submission is January 2018.

The JEE Exam is conducted every year in the month of April (JEE Main) & May (JEE Advanced).
The exam is also going to be conducted for more than 35,000 Engineering seats
11,100 seats in IITs
15,585 seats in NITs
Many more in various IIITs & GFTIs and other Institutes.

It actually depends on the institute in which you want to opt for aerospace engineering.
There are caste wise cut off marks to clear JEE Mains which vary every year.
