No, a colored photo uploaded rather than a black-and-white photo in the JEE Mains form usually doesn't create any problem at the counseling process, if your photo is according to guidelines-clear background, right size, and the latest one. Usually, both colored and black-and-white photos are allowed. Still, you keep a copy of the same photo that you upload. And keep your documents in order too.
If concerned, you may call the NTA- National Testing Agency helpline for confirmation, but such small variations are not likely to cause any problem.
