The possibility of getting an NIT in 100 marks is low but you can get it if you have state quota as well as your OBC category reservation. But there is still your medium level good chances of getting into nits.
You can get medium level branches in lower NIT's.
As top NIT'S have higher marks requirement of higher branches of CSE, IT, ECE.

Even if the Aadhaar card photo is not updated, you can appear in JEE Mains Session 1. The National Testing Agency (NTA), which conducts the JEE Mains, allows students to submit other valid government-issued photo IDs if they have any issues with the Aadhaar card. So if you will have an Aadhaar enrollment slip, it may act in favor of your identity.
But ensure that these things are in place:
- JEE Mains Admit Card - Carry that.
- Valid Photo ID (such as Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Driving License) as backup.
- Aadhaar enrollment slip and acknowledgment for upgradation for further evidence.
