Engineering Entrance Exam

Various foreign universities accept GATE scores. Universities might also have additional eligibility criteria that might be required to be fulfilled as well in order to get admission. Apart from securing admission to Master in Engineering (M.E.) and Master in Technology (M. Tech) programs in prestigious colleges across the country, the GATE score is utilized by most foreign universities to offer PG admission. Some of the foreign universities that accept the GATE scores are the National University of Singapore (NUS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore, Technical University of Germany and RWTH Aachen, Germany.

The GATE 2026 exam will be conducted by the IIT Guwahati. The authorities will soon announce the GATE exam dates for 2026 session. 

The GATE 2025 application fee during the extended application window is INR 1,400 for female, SC, ST and PwD category candidates. For all others, the fee is INR 2,300. Vellore Institute of Technology conducts VITMEE exam to offer admissions to higher education like MTech and MCA. VITMEE consists a total of 100 questions, out of which 80 questions are techncial and 20 are based on English communication skills.

Applicants should go to the official JEE Main website to get the JEE Main 2024 Session 2 result. Once there, select the "View score card" or "View JEE Main 2024 result" option. To view your results, you must provide your date of birth and application number. Your JEE Main results, including your scores, will appear on the screen once you have submitted this data. Since the scorecard will only be accessible until July 31, 2024, it is recommended that you print off the results page for your records.

Delhi Technological University Lateral Entry Entrance Test is the full name of the exam. It is offered to diploma holders who want to enter the DTU B.Tech program's second year lateral. The entrance exam evaluates applicants' technical expertise in their chosen engineering fields to make sure they fulfil the requirements set forth by the university for B.Tech programs.

Candidates who have finished a three-year engineering diploma or its equivalent from an accredited school with at least 60% of the possible points (or an equivalent CGPA) are eligible to apply for the Delhi Technological University Lateral Entry Entrance Test, or LEET. Students looking to enter DTU's B.Tech programs a second time through lateral entry are the only ones eligible for this program. Candidates must also meet the age restrictions and other conditions set forth by the institution in the official DTU LEET booklet, including residency requirements.
