JoSAA 2022 choice filling has been locked so it won't be making any sense to discuss about admission in IITs now in 2022. But If you want you can go for CSAB for admission in NITs, IIITs and other GFTIs. Hope it helps.

You can get civil in IITBHU and upto Electrical Branch in new 2nd Generation IITs like IITBhillai. If you have interest in coding then go for college as they will have awesome coding culture but only drawback is that you have to study some other core branch subject. Hope it helps.

One of my female students last year got 7000 rank in JEE Advanced and got into IIT bombay metallurgical engineering, one other female student got 10000 rank and got into IIT Delhi, don't remember the branch though, so yes, with a rank under 500 and being a girl student I guess you could get CSE in any of the top 3 IITs but I would suggest consider all top iits, Bombay, Delhi, Kanpur, madras, Roorkee etc. As they are all really good for CSE.

This is the most general as well as important question for every student who are aspiring to get into a good engineering college.
The rankings that you see on different websites are highly biased and paid. The below provided ranking are based on reviews of students from these colleges, outlook of industries and brand value of the college.
Therefore, I am simply classifying these institutions based on - Reputation, Academic Excellence, Placements, Crowd or Peer Group, Location and Alumni network
These are the main parameters that one should look for before selecting any college (not just placements!!)

By seeing past 5 years stats You Cannot get a seat for VLSI in VIT Vellore in both the category 1 and 2. But You have a chance of getting VLSI in VIT Chennai Campus but in category 2. But You will surely get VIT Andhra Pradesh and VIT Bhopal VLSI. But in Andhra Pradesh and Bhopal Campus exposure is less as these twos are newly established Campus. But I will suggest you to go for Chennai Campus. As Both Vellore and Chennai campus are relatively good. Hope You will get your answer. And All the best for your upcoming admission process.

I as a faculty of Chandigarh university would recommend students to pursue BBA at CU as this is one of the best university. Chandigarh University has a spacious campus. The facilities include spacious classrooms and well-equipped labs and a workshop along with a dedicated computer lab for students.
Value-for-money
The course costs around Rs. 48000 per semester. The university is definitely a value for money since the facilities provided by the college are many and student-friendly. Facilities like medical center, gymnasium, library, recreational areas, workshops, cafeterias, etc. help the students. The provisions provided help in the ove
