The in-hand salary in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited for the post of Engineer A varies between INR 75,000 per month to INR 83,000 per month. If you are getting Conveyance Maintenance Reimbursement of Expenditure (Fuel Allowance) and House Rent Allowance then it goes from around INR 82,000 per month to INR 83,000 per month but if Conveyance Maintenance Reimbursement of Expenditure is not there (if you are not having a car), then it goes to around INR 76,000 per month to INR 77,000 per month. Exclusive of this, you get Performance related pay at the end of each year which varies according to the profit of the company.
