HPCET

After HPCET results are declared, candidates will have to participate in counselling. During counselling, candidates will have to register, upload documents, fill choices and pay fee. However, candidates who have a valid HPCET score will not be required to pay counselling fee. All registered candidates will have to report to counselling venue for seat allotment. Allotment of seats will be done based on candidate's rank and preferences.

Authorities will announce HPCET seat allotment dates soon. Candidates will have to log in using required details to check HPCET seat allotment result. Candidates should check their HPCET seat allotment dates carefully and report on allotted date to counselling venue. If they miss their date, then authorities will not entertain any requests to reappear. Allotment of seats will be done as per candidate's rank and preferences.

Candidates with valid HPCET score will not pay counselling fee. They can register and fill out their choice of colleges and courses in order of preference, without paying fee. Only those who are applying with their JEE Main/12th standard qualifying exam scores need to pay counselling fee (INR 1,600 for General and INR 800 for Reserved Category). The fee should be paid online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card.

During HPCET counselling, candidates will have to fill their choice of courses and colleges online. It is to be noted that choices should be submitted in order of preference. Candidates should be careful while making their choices since it will considered by authorities during HPCET seat allotment. Allotment of seats will be done based on candidate's rank and preferences.

HPCET seat allotment result is released online. Registered candidates can check their HPCET seat allotment by logging in using required details. Allotment of seats will be done as per their HPCET ranks and preferences. Candidates will have to confirm their admission before final date, otherwise their allotment will be cancelled.

During the HPCET counselling session, the candidates will have to pay the required fee. However, HPCET qualified do not need to pay the counselling fee. Only those candidates who do not have a valid HPCET 2024 score will be required to make the payment to participate in the counselling and admission process. General/Economically Weaker Section/OBC category will have to pay INR 1,600 and reserved category i.e, SC/ST/BPL/IRDP category candidates will have to pay INR 800 online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card.

HPCET result will be valid for one year. Candidates will have to apply for counselling and admission in same academic year as they have qualified HPCET. If candidates apply for next year's counselling, then it will not be considered valid.

HPCET 2026 result date will be announced. Candidates can check HPCET result online. To check result, candidates will have to log in with required details. No other mode will be used to declare HPCET result. Scores and ranks obtained in entrance exam will be released through result of HPCET.

The authorities will not accept requests for review of the candidates obtained HPCET score. Since the HPCET result will be prepared carefully by the authorities after checking the final answer key, the decision will be considered final and absolute. Therefore, the candidates are advised to carefully raise their objections against the provisional HPCET answer key, since it will checked before the final key is prepared. Before downloading HPCET result, candidates have to check their details. If there is a mistake, candidates should immediately contact authorities. Scores and ranks obtained in exam cannot be reviewed or corrected.
