It is difficult to determine whether the pw module and pyq will be enough for JEE Advanced preparation in the last one month. While these resources can certainly be helpful, there are many other factors to consider when preparing for an exam as competitive as JEE Advanced. JEE Advanced will be held for 6 hours in total. There are 2 paper in the exam and each paper is of 3 hours duration. This makes the total time of the exam as 6 hours. The exam pattern varies each year. There are 2 papers in the exam. Paper 1 and Paper 2 of JEE Advanced will comprise three separate sections wherein questions will be asked from Physics Chemistry and Mathematics. There will be negative marking for answering any question incorrectly in the exam.

JEE Advanced 2026 result will be out in June 2026.

Candidates can check and download the JEE Advanced 2026 scorecard under their respective login on jeeadv. ac. in. To Download JEE Advanced 2026 scorecard, candidates have to use 7-digit roll number, date of birth in DD/MM/YYYY format, and the 10-digit phone number that they used while registering for JEE (Advanced).

Also, category-wise All India Ranks (AIR) of successful candidates will be available through the JEE Advanced 2026 online portal after the results are declared. Text messages will also be sent to the candidates to their registered mobile numbers.

JEE Advanced counselling is called JoSAA. JoSAA 2026 will be conducted by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority. JoSAA 2026 counselling will start in June 2026.

There will be 6 rounds of seat allotment. Candidates who are allotted seats in each round of JoSAA 2026 Counselling will be required to choose the options from Freeze, Float or Slide. JEE Advanced 2023 admit card will be on May 29. The exam will be held on June 4. Candidates who successfully register for JEE Advanced 2023 by paying the application fee, are issued the JEE Advanced admit card 2023. The test centre is allotted via the admit card only. JEE Advanced will be held in 2 shifts. The paper 1 exam will be held from 9 am to 12 noon. The paper 2 exam will be held from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The pattern of the exam will be as follows:
