Yes, you are eligible for IITs if you belong to the SC category and qualify the JEE Advanced even if you have less than 75% in your intermediate boards. 

COEP Pune accepts JEE Main rank for admission in BTech programme. However, majority of seats are sanctioned for Maharashtra domicile students and are filled through MHT-CET. An additional 20% seats are provided for All India Candidates who are admitted through the JEE-Main score. 

For 2023, cut off was 3962 for General category candidates in All India quota for B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering in IIT Gandhinagar. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 6058 was the closing rank. B.Tech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant. IIT Hyderabad cut off 2022was 608 for General category candidates in All India quota for BTech in Computer Science and Engineering.  IIT Hyderabad offers admission to BTech course based on JEE Advanced scores followed by JoSAA Counselling, which is conducted in six rounds. Ranks are released separately for female candidates. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 1503 was the closing rank. BTech cut off also varies depending on the category and domicile/ quota of the applicant.

For 2022, cut off was 2158 for General category candidates in All India quota for B.S. in Mathematics in IIT Bombay - Indian Institute of Technology. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 3895 was the closing rank. B.Sc. cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

For 2022, cut off was 2119 for General category candidates in All India quota for B.Tech. in Aerospace Engineering in IIT Bombay - Indian Institute of Technology.
