In case, you don't get your desired college, don't settle for something mediocre. Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if you try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Tech. They have different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on the basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of class 12th marks. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in class 12th or JEE or their own tests. The JEE Mains syllabus will contain topics from class 11th and 12th of CBSE, ICSE and other state boards. Syllabus for Paper 1 will contain physics, chemistry and mathematics. Paper 2 syllabus will contain mathematics, aptitude and drawing sections. The detailed JEE Mains 2019 syllabus is given below:
