He won't get NITs if you're from general category. Though can get some of the GFTIs.

For non-Muslims, the cutoff is around 230 marks for B.Arch. For Muslims, the cutoff is around 150 marks. So, you can decide according to your category.

Anyone who has cracked Paper 2 is eligible for counselling.
However, you may not get your desired college as for decent colleges, the minimum board percentage required is 75%, It is 65% for OBC, ST and SC candidates.
Kindly keep that in mind.

With general rank of 1 lakh in JEE you won't get any college through JOSSA. With 5000 in MMM your chances are slim though you can get some decent private colleges with 15k rank in UPSEE. I would suggest you to explore the best colleges for you and enroll in any of them.
