You have got very good marks in the 12th but inappropriate marks in JEE so it is bit difficult that you get admission in government aided colleges like IIIT Manipur, Bhopal or Bhagalpur but you can try for private colleges to pursue your B.Tech food technology. So if you want to do B.Tech food technology you can take admissions in private colleges.

Yes, you'll easily get admission in RGIT. As an RGIT student I suggest you to go for IT. It's the best branch with best facilities in your college. I'd like to suggest you that your marks are quite good So In preference form fill DJSCOE, VIT (Vidylankar) and SPIT before RGIT.

If you wish to prepare for JEE Advanced exam then firstly your task should be analysis of complete syllabus for all the three subjects. After this you should go for that subject first which is more familiar to you. Complete each topic day by day with questions on ascending order of difficulty. Then move to next subject or else you can do them all 3 simultaneously. Also may lectures are now available on YouTube which will help you clear your doubts and makes you analyze your problem more precisely. No, you can't solve physics of NEET without knowing these topics though you don't need to understand them completely breif knowledge will do. Question standard for both the exams are almost the same whereas in JEE application part of concepts are focused and in NEET concept and formulae are focused.

You will get NITs. Depending on your category and home state you will get the college. Most probably you'll get all the new NITs offering B.Arch and old ones if you're having home state quota.

If you are passionate enough to get inside a reputed campus for under graduation it's important to clear JEE. You can select a good coaching center and go for 1 year coaching. You can easily crack the exam. Dedication and speed for answering matters a lot in this exam.
