Yes, you are eligible for admission in SGSITS in CSE branch. Your JEE rank of 129622 AIR and percentile in JEE is sufficient to get admission in SGSITS. As you are from Home State and in Female quota of OBC NCL, you will be considered for admission in SGSITS.

Best you can get is electrical engineering, and you will easily get mechanical. if you are from delhi region, you should choose b/w DTU,NSUT and IIIT, as they will give you the best choices given your rank and quota.

The rank for taking admission in VIT is not dependent on the PCM percentage or JEE percentile. You have to give an entrance test called VITEEE. This exam is based on your JEE syllabus and the level of this exam is same or a bit lower than the JEE Mains.
