Your seat in JoSAA will be there but in case you get any seat in CSAB you will be allocated that seat and your seat in JoSAA will be forfeited so choose every college carefully in CSAB.

Even after freezing your seats, there are several things to be done before the deadline and if you are unable to do all these things then your seat will be cancelled.

As per the cutoffs as released by JoSSA, with a 1564 SC rank, you will not get B.Arch at NIT in Round 5. So far, the closing rank has been around 300 and less at most NITs for the SC category without home state quota. Therefore, you may have some chance in rounds 6 or 7 to get an NIT seat allocated for B.Arch but you will need home-state quota. For example, if you have a home-state quota of Himachal Pradesh, you may be assigned a seat at the NIT, Hamirpur, in Round 6. The closing rank for round 5 in this NIT is 1287 for HS quota.

Yes you may have changes to get a seat into NIT Bhopal. But I am not sure about it. Because if any student choose this NIT in prior than it's difficult.

There is no universal preference order list for JoSAA counseling. Instead, you are advised to provide a preference order on the basis of your requirements and JEE rank. You can check it on the Shiksha website, which provides the closing rank of every IIT, NIT, IIIT, and GFTIS. (b) If you are confused between two colleges, prefer college having higher rank in NIRF. (c) If you are confused between two branches, then prefer a college with better placement f
