KCET ranks are required for admission to BTech courses at the Bangalore Technological Institute. The ranks for admission in 2025 varied from 86752 to 245245.5 based on different rounds, the category to which the student belongs, and the specialisation of BTech in which the student is interested. You can find the detailed cutoff on: Bangalore Technological Institute Cutoff 2025: Check KCET Cutoff Ranks & Trends.

Yes, you can get admission to BTech at Bangalore Technological Institute without the KCET exam. To be eligible for the course, the candidate needs to have a minimum of 50% marks in Class 12th in a relevant stream. Eligible candidates will also have to appear for the COMEDK UGET exam (if not appearing for the KCET exam) and score valid marks to secure admission to the course.

RV Institute of Technology and Management admit candidates based on performance in KCET/ COMEDK. The cutoff list is released following the exam result. Candidates who meet the RVITM BE cutoff become eligible for seat allotment. In 2024, the second round closing rank for the general All-India category candidates was 10066 for CSE, 13924 for Information Science and Engineering, and 15188 for ECE. Considering the last three years' cutoff data, a declining trend is observed.
