To be eligible for MCA lateral entry course, you are generally required to have completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc. ) with Mathematics as a subject at the undergraduate level. Since you are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) with Computers, you may not be eligible for MCA lateral entry course as you do not have a relevant undergraduate degree. However, some universities may have different eligibility criteria, and it's best to check with the specific university where you wish to pursue the MCA course

Yes you can get B.Tech lateral admission in Satya Group of Institutions Faridabad. The eligibility criteria is given below.
B.Tech Lateral Entry (Second Year): Passed diploma examination from an AICTE approved Institute; with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology.

Diploma holder is eligible to get admission through lateral entry. If you are a Diploma holder and working professional and want to have a degree to enhance your career and skills then lateral entry is good. If you are Diploma holder and think on pursue higher study then this is best option for you.

Yes, undoubtedly, but you would have to start from the beginning i. e. from the first year again and provided obviously that you are able to crack the entrance exam of that NLU. There was a time when a few colleges ran such an arrangement along with NLUs, such as GLC-NUSRL, but I think such a practice has been put to halt. Good luck.
