Hi Nikhil,Sorry to say, but you can't get admission in government recognized colleges without clearing the cut offs of GATE exam. Although some private universities can provide you an M.Tech seat, but you will not get any scholarship from government. Try to clear the cut offs. Best of luck.

M.Tech can be on GATE exam basis, so you can find the sample paper with different subject at GATE. IITG. Com set wise.

There are many colleges in South India which provides integrated B.Tech + M.Tech course like IIIT Kurnool, IIITDM Kancheepuram and many other colleges. It will be better to search on google for integrated course colleges. You will get various options.

Yes, it is easy to get in you just need to have any of the course from below:
BE / B.Tech in Civil/ Geo Informatics/ CSE/ ECE/ EEE/ Agriculture engineering/ Urban & Regional Planning/ IT (or) B.Sc. , Agriculture/ Forestry/ Horticulture (4 years) (or) M.Sc. , Geology/ Applied Geology/ Geo Physics/ Geography/ Geo Informatics/ Physics/ Maths/ Oceanography/ Environmental Science and Equivalent degree.

Yes, it is always better to have a Masters degree in any stream. In case if CSE, it is a very good option to go for M.Tech. It will take a longer span to complete this course but you will have a greater value too.

Yes, MIT College is good for M.Tech in construction management. You can get placed in companies like LnT and many other construction companies visiting the campus for recruitment.
