While filling up the UGC NET Application Form, you will have to upload your passport size photograph and signature. Here are the required dimensions and size for uploading the documents -
Upload scanned images of Candidates Photograph (file size: 10 kb - 200 kb) and
Candidates Signature (file size: 4kb - 30kb) in JPG/JPEG format
There are some changes in UGC NET application procedure. You must know about all the changes to apply successfully for the exam. Hope it helps.

However, doing any professional course including M.Tech, via distance education is not possible. Hence you need to search for an engineering college in the city where you are working.
