Failure in mathematics subjects in 12th boards does not completely disqualify students from attending higher education or even for a Master's degree. Many universities consider students' performance overall or make provisions that allow students to pass supplementary examinations before applying to postgraduate courses. Try to search for universities, which use flexible admission norms based on your overall performance or make provisions like bridge courses or something like that, which you can attempt to qualify for.
