Hi,B.Sc Statistics is the course for studying statistics and several institutions are there. Indian statistical institutions. IIT (Varanasi) and many colleges.

Whether creamy layer/non-creamy layer will be count for OBC or both are separate for getting the benefits during undergraduate admissions?

Only one will be counted basically. College will take only non-creamy layer certificate. No benefits will be given to you for UG admission.

Nit colleges can be regarded as best choice but only some colleges offer pure sciences so refer to cut off ranks and decide which is better.you can also choose some universities which consider jee main rank
