The entrance exam has two segement- General Knowledge & Business Awareness Test (GK & BAT) and Personal Interview/Group Discussion. Score well in GK & BAT as it is computer-based test, since this ranking overall will open doors for the sweetest campuses like Delhi, Mumbai, or Bangalore.

The fee structure for the Master of Fashion Management (MFM) programme at NIFT varies slightly across campuses but generally includes the following components:
1. Tuition Fees: About INR 2,00,000 to INR 2,50,000 each year.
2. Development Fee: It will cost virtually around INR 20,000 to INR 25,000 in a year to purchase ten or more LPG cylinders.
3. Library Fee: Minimum of INR 1000/- to a maximum of INR 2000/- per annum.
4. Caution Deposit: Refundable charge of about Rs 10,000/- to Rs 15000/- on one time basis.

Under the DBSOM, Bangalore admission, the Don Bosco School of Management offers a 2-year full-time Masters in Fashion Management. The course is being provided in collaboration with Rome Business School where students have to study the first year in DBSOM, Bangalore and second year in Rome Business School, Italy.
