Both Institute are good if you are trying to pursue B Des. But if we compare both the institutes NIFT Delhi is a better option. Although placement pacakges are high in NIFT Patna but in other factors NIFT Delhi is much better. Ranking of NIFT Delhi is higher, which is #1 and for NIFT patana which is #7 in India.
