Perfusion Technology involves the operation of heart-lung machines and other life-support equipment during surgeries. The duration of the perfusionist course varies based on the type of program. Generally, a BSc in Perfusion Technology spans 3 years. This period includes theoretical coursework, practical training, and clinical internships, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of perfusion techniques.

This is a 3-year full-time course, and this course encompasses five students at a time. Eligibility requirement is to complete 12th grade with at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The admission criteria are purely on academic eligibility, and this course comes under Maharashtra University of Health Sciences only. It has a normal fee structure around 80,000.
