The eligibility for a Ph.D. in Design in India generally includes:
Master's degree in Design or a related field (like Fine Arts, Architecture, Engineering, Fashion, Visual Communication, or Applied Arts)
Minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA in post-graduation (50% for SC/ST/OBC)
Some institutes may require:
A valid NET/JRF/GATE/CEED score
Entrance test + interview
A research proposal or portfolio

A PG Diploma programme would not be enough to pursue a PhD in Environmental Law. The basic eligibility for a PhD programme is to have a PG degree from a UGC-approved university. Though, some universities can accept a PG Diploma if it is recognised by AIU and you meet the minimum marks and other criteria.

Candidates who have passed a master's degree in any of the courses conducted by the School/ Integrated master's degree course or its equivalent with at least 60% aggregate or equivalent GPA are eligible to apply for the PhD programme. Aspirants who have passed B.Arch, BPlan or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent with at least 80% or 8.0 GPA or equivalent grade with at least three years experience can also apply.

Apollo School of Nursing Chennai offers PhD in Nursing for 3 years full-time and 4 years part-time mode. Admission to the respective course is offered on the basis of merit and would require for candidates to secure valid scores in MSc Nursing with RN and RM registration.
