As per official sources, the fees to pursue BTech at SRM University range from INR 4.1 Lacs to INR 18.4 lakh. The fees to pursue BTech at Mohan Babu University is INR 10 lakh. In terms of fees, Mohan Babu University is a better choice.

SRM University has not yet released the placement data for M.Tech students. However, student review present on Shiksha provide students' opinions on the placement scenario. As per the review, the the highest package bagged by the M.Tech students during the recent placement drive stood at INR 54 LPA. Moreover, some of the organisations that have participated in the previous placement drives were Amazon, TCS, Tata, etc.

According to student review on Shiksha, the average package offered to M.Tech students participating in the recent SRM University placement drive stood at INR 9.5 LPA. Other than this, the average package offered to the students was INR 9.5 LPA. Once the SRM University has closed the application window, the university's selection committee commences the screening process. In the screening process, registered candidates are screened and shortlisted based on their performance in the entrance exams (GATE/SRMJEE PG).

After that, shortlisted students are invited for an interview process. Following which, M.Tech seats are allocated based on the candidate's performance in the accepted entrance exam and the interview process.
