Expenses in NZ can vary depending on your lifestyle. Tuition fee is a major part. You need to plan for rent and food. Keep INR 88,521 per month to cover the monthly cost of living in NZ. This amount does not include accommodation rent.

You can apply for fully funded scholarships. It can cover all your expenses while studying in NZ in 2026.

In the USA and Canada, TAs teach undergraduate classes. Therefore, universities are very strict about the Speaking Section. Even if your overall score is 7.5, a low speaking score (below 7.0) can disqualify you from this funding.

It is possible to receive need-based aid or specific country bursaries. Universities usually prefer candidates with a 7.0 or higher for fully funded scholarships abroad. Try to prepare well and get a good IELTS score.

Yes! If you are applying for PR in Canada or Australia your spouse can take the IELTS test too. If they get a good score (usually CLB 5 or higher), it adds valuable extra points to your main application.
