With an acceptance rate of 53%, the University of Stuttgart is moderately selective in its admission criteria. Some of the basic admission requirements for international students include:

  • German or English translated transcripts of highschool
  • CV/Resume
  • Proof of Health Insurance
  • Proof of German Language Proficiency (TestDaF level 4, Goethe Certificate C1 or C2, German Language Diploma, German Language Test II, Degree certificate for which courses were taught in German, etc.) 
  • Proof of English Language Proficiency (IELTS | 6.5, TOEFL | 550 paper based, 213 computer based, 79 internet based) or Cambridge (C CPE, B CAE)
