The University of California Los Angeles is one of the top choices of international students for pursuing higher education in the USA. Transfer students from accredited U.S. colleges and universities that are mostly from California community colleges are the only ones admitted to UCLA. However, straight transfers from Indian universities are not permitted.

The University of California Los Angeles does not provide any scholarships for its undergraduate international or Indian students. As the scholarships award are only for permanent citizens of the USA. However, the majority of UCLA Indian student scholarships come from outside funding sources, with a small number of merit-based scholarships reserved for international graduate students. acceptance rate is around 9% while UCBerkeley acceptance rate stands around 11% suggesting that Berkeley is marginally easier to secure a seat at. But theres still not much difference b/w them.
