Among the best universities in Prayagraj, India, is the University of Allahabad. It is ranked #219 in the Asian University Rankings - Southern Asia 2024, which is an impressive ranking.
But I cannot assure you that this is the best University in Uttar Pradesh. This is one of the best Universities when compared. You can also consider the Indian Institute of Technology which is located in Uttarpradesh. I suggest you to make IIT as your 1st preference since it has a very good name and lot of foreign companies are convinced to place students from IIT because of its quality of education. Good luck

Factors affecting placement:
- Program/Specialization: Specific programs within each university might have different placement records due to industry demand, alumni networks, and programme focus.
- Student performance: Individual academic performance, skills, and interview skills significantly impact securing good placements.
- Market conditions: Job market trends in specific fields can affect placement success across both universities.
