NIU has a tie-up with Punjab National Bank (PNB) for providing educational loans to its economically weaker students. NIU offers M.Tech programme with a course-duration of two years. However, working professionals also have an alternative to choose weekend M.Tech programme. In such a case, the classes are conducted on every Saturday and Sunday and the course duration increases by one year.

They'all also have to meet the conditions below:
- Complete 1.5 to 2 years of coursework

The admissions into NIU BSc courses are decided by a candidate's performance in the CUET exam. The CUET exam for the year 2025 has already passed. Hence, candidates are required to wait for CU
