A beautiful university for your better career.
Placements: The Aliah University Newtown campus is running 20 years from its establishment. According to me, the companies visited yet are Cognizant, Amazon, TCS, Peacon, IBM, etc. 75% placement happened in this university. But, according to my experience, the alumni network is awesome. I hope the placement will more highly happen in early future in this university. So, I always recommend you join in this beautiful university without any hesitation.
Infrastructure: Actually there are two hostel buildings of this university, one is for boys, and other is for girls. Two buildings are totally separated from each other and too beautiful to see from outside. Every building has 20 floors. PGs are available here at the very cheap rate. The university canteen food is too delicious with the very low cost. And, free Wi-Fi is also available in this university. There is also a playground near the boys' hostel. The infrastructure of the library is too good. Anyway, I hope the infrastructure of this university will be developed more in the very early future.
Faculty: According to me, the faculty are not much perfectly recovered, till now, but the class timings are perfect. They start their classes on time. They give us interesting and useful assignments and also behave very friendly. The quality and method of teaching are fantastic. They are so young and experienced. My overall experience is awesome. Hoping to see the Aliah University on the list of the top 5 universities in India very early future.
Other: The AICTE & UGC recently approved the Aliah University. So, that's really very good news for the students of this university. The environment around this university is too beautiful. The university is situated in the middle of Newtown, Kolkata. Many IT sectors like TCS, Infosys, are available around this university. The transport system is very good. The website of this university is too clear and fine. The university home link is www.aliah.ac.in. The admission test to admit here happens very smoothly. At the end, I recommend with full confidence that you can join this university without any hesitation.

This is a newly established university in West Bengal. The good faculty & campus attracts students.
Placements: There are many companies that visit every year. Most of my seniors got a job from the campus interview. The highest salary was 3500/- INR for a month. Every year, approximately 80 companies come to our university like TCS, Amazon, Reliance, HCL, ITC Limited and many multinational companies. The student get an internship in the last year.
Infrastructure: Aliah University has large infrastructure. It is located at centre of Rajarhat, Newtown Kolkata. Beautiful natural surrounding attracts all and it is favourable for study. A big auditorium is there in the campus. It also has medium sized playground for sport activities. There are workshops and labs with fully customised instruments. A big canteen is there in the university campus with all types of food items at cheap rate. Fully facilitated classrooms are available with projectors etc.
Faculty: There are excellent teaching faculty members. All are very helpful and have a great knowledge and experience. In a month, we have 2-3 industry visits. The faculty encourages students for other activities. All the teachers have excellent teaching methods. The faculty are very good at teaching, and the students understand all the concepts.
Other: This university has all the facilities. It encourage the students to participate in all activities. The teaching staff is awesome. It is a great experience to be a part of this institute. They also invites guests for lectures. It has good hostel facilities for both boys and girls separately.
