Institute of National Importance, with a minimal fee, premium quality education and infrastructure.
Placements: We are pursuing MBBS, and as such, there are no placements in this degree. After completion of the course, one can either opt for higher studies or continue as a General Physician. Since this is an INI, graduates are well-reputed and easily welcome in any institute.
Infrastructure: We have a 24/7 library, comprising reading rooms, a discussion room, and a central library. You can issue books from the central library and study whenever you want in the rooms. AC is provided, and electricity is always present. Mess food is below average, not quite good. Hostels are comfortable, and single occupancy is provided after 1st year.
Faculty: We have the best doctors and professors. The teaching quality is very good. Hospital exposure and classes conducted by residents are good, too. Academics are a little strict here. Exams aren't too difficult here. The pass percentage is 50% aggregate of internal and final exams.
Other: This is an Institute of National Importance, a matter of honor for anyone studying here. Fests are organized with enthusiasm by the students, and it's actually great.

This college has good infrastructure and a strict curriculum.
Placements: Around 40% of the graduates from the passed-out batch were selected in INI CET and NEET PG. Some are still preparing for these exams, as well as PLAB and USMLE. They secured placements in government medical colleges and INIs, such as PGI Chandigarh, JIPMER, and AIIMS Bhubaneswar, among others. Salary for Junior Residents (JRship) varies from RS. 90,000 to Rs. 1,10,000 per month in central institutes. Internship is mandatory to obtain the degree, and everyone who graduated completed their 1-year internship at our hospital. Top rankers typically choose branches like MD Medicine, MS Orthopedics, and MS General Surgery, among others.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is top-notch. We get free Wi-Fi, and the labs are equipped with adequate specimens and instruments. Classrooms are spacious and comfortable. In terms of books, the library is a bit lacking, but this does not pose a major problem. We get single rooms, some with attached washrooms depending on which hostel you get. Hostel facilities are pretty good, with washrooms and corridors cleaned and maintained daily. Food is quite good, as per mess food standards. We also receive free medical services from the college. Campus has a football ground, cricket ground, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, badminton court, and indoor games. Overall, it's a nice experience.
Faculty: Faculty members are extremely qualified, but most of the time, you'll find yourself watching Marrow videos, so it matters less. However, the clinical classes are amazing, and I strongly suggest you attend them. We follow the standard NMC curriculum for our courses. Exams are pretty tough, and the pass percentage is around 80%-85%.
Other: MBBS is a really good course if you're passionate about it, but it requires a lot of sacrifice. Attendance criteria are a little too strict, a bit more flexibility would be better. Our annual fest, Chiasma, was held last year, and so was our academic fest, Wissen. Our college is well connected to the main city, it takes about 40 minutes from the airport and railway station. Overall, it will be a great experience.

AIIMS Bhubaneswar -The best medical College of Eastern India.
Placements: Usually, 80% of people go for higher education like NEET PG or INI CET. The rest go for UPSC CMS. You can also go for Housestaffship if you want a temporary job. Overall, it creates the best environment for competitive postgraduate exams. You can earn quite a bit of money with sufficient time for preparation.
Infrastructure: We have four lecture theatres for the 4 years. LT1 is for 1st year, and LT4 is for 4th year. Overall, the college infrastructure is top-notch. Our entire campus has free and fast Wi-Fi. The library has to be the best place for you if you're a nerd. It has all the books in the world and is a world-class library.
Faculty: My college has the best faculty members for pathology, pharmacology, and microbiology. Being an autonomous institute, we have our own curriculum, and it is the best. It includes all the practical and theoretical skills that an MBBS graduate should have. We are always taught something extra to help us excel in competitive exams.
Other: We have Chiasma as our college fest, which happens in March and April. So, do visit our college to have an out-of-this-world experience.

AIIMS BHUBANESWAR- A Dream come True.
Placements: Usually 80% people go for higher education through NEET PG or INI CET. Rest go for UPSC CMS. You can also go for house staffship, if you want some temporary job. Overall itcreates the best environment for clearing post graduation competitive exams. You will get quite a money with sufficient time for preparation.
Infrastructure: We have 4 Lecture Theatres designated for each year: LT 1 for 1st years and LT 4 for final years. Overall, the college infrastructure is top-notch. The entire campus offers free and fast Wi-Fi. The library is a haven for book lovers, boasting an extensive collection and world-class facilities, including very fast internet. I usually watch my lectures there. The hostel, while similar to other government college hostels, provides a range of facilities. Wi-Fi installation is currently underway, and from the 2nd year, we receive single rooms. The rooms are spacious, the washrooms are clean, and there is a water cooler on every floor for convenience.
Faculty: I must say that AIIMS Bhubaneswar boasts some of the best faculty members for Pathology, Microbiology, and Pharmacology. While the professors in the 1st year may seem a bit lackluster and less charismatic, the 2nd year brings a significant improvement. As an autonomous institute, we have our own curriculum, which is excellent and covers all the relevant theoretical and practical skills that an MBBS graduate should acquire. Additionally, we are taught extra content to give us an edge in competitive exams. Semester exams are typically challenging, with passing percentages ranging from 70-80%. However, the professors are quite lenient, and about 95% of students pass the exams, thanks to their support.
Other: We have Chiasma, our annual fest, which takes place every year around March-April. Be sure to visit our college to experience this extraordinary event. In addition, various activities are organized throughout the year. Your social skills are bound to improve significantly after joining this college.

    Review of AIIMS Bhubaneswar.
Placements: A doctor from AIIMS who is accepted everywhere in society doesn't have to be confused about placements. The one who passes out from AIIMS Bhubaneswar will definitely be at the apex of the doctor's community in India always. We didn't come across anyone without practice after passing out of AIIMS. The one who passes out from AIIMS as a doctor will definitely have good leadership and research skills.
Infrastructure: As AIIMS is an Institute of National Importance, the infrastructure of the college and hostel is far better than many other colleges. They provide single occupancy in hostel rooms and well-furnished rooms. We have air-conditioned classrooms and a 24*7 library, well-occupied lab facilities, and many more sports and athletic opportunities that are worthwhile values. The quality of food served here is another thing to notice, for which we have to pay. The rest of everything is free of cost in our college.
Faculty: The faculty members and professors in our college are highly qualified and experienced individuals who have the capability of delivering enough concepts and ideas to the students. The assessment system here includes monthly tests, semester exams, and a year-end professional exam. The standard of the exams is much above average, even though the students are getting passing grades in the exams. The pass percentage is 50%, just like in every medical college in India. The academics here are very strict and of great responsibility to the students' outcomes in society.
Other: There are a lot of things students can do to fill their minds with joy and pleasure in our college. The frequent events, competitions, and cultural meets are everything that makes your campus life worthwhile. The most important thing to highlight is that students from different corners of India join together here, and a mixing of different Indian cultures occurs here, which helps in the knowledge of different cultures, lifestyles, and habits of our mother India. Our college has many scholarships available for students under different schemes.

AIIMS Bhubaneswar provides studies with enjoyment.
Placements: For admission, you need to score more than 50% in the class 10th and 12th, and you also need to qualify NEET with enough scores to enter AIIMS Bhubaneswar. The total class strength is usually more than 100 students. We have 4 and a half-year of studies then a year of internship for which AIIMS pays you. After that, some students choose to go for MD or MS, and others take jobs. Opportunities are very good and high, but it depends on your efforts and hard work.
Infrastructure: Campus life is good. There are various clubs and committees like literary, cultural, quiz, sports, academics, dance, music, fine arts, web and IT, photography, etc. There are annual socio-cultural fests like Chiasma, annual sports day, medical conferences and workshops that keep happening. All festivals like Diwali, Holi, Onam, Halloween, etc., are celebrated. The college takes part in various intercollege fests and stands out every time. Hostel infrastructure is good, but it can be improved in many ways. Students of first-year have to share their room and are kept in separate hostels to ensure they don't become the victims of ragging. Girls get flats where 3 girls share each room.
Faculty: The course curriculum is very well-planned and somewhat hectic. Faculty members and the administration are strict about academics, which is good at this point. There is proper planning and schedule for classes and regular assessment tests. Faculty members are good and have a reputed educational background. Practical classes, labs and instruments are updated, and it is sufficient for patient exposure. Exams are quite tough because, in MBBS, you have to study all round the year to score well. The pass percentage is more than 90%.
Other: I would suggest going for Maulana Azad in Delhi if possible. Even if you can't, AIIMS is also great.
