Amity University, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh is one of the knowledgeable and dynamic colleges.
Placements: Above 70% of students are placed and the remaining is going for higher studies. Commvault is the highest recruiting company with a salary package of 31 LPA. There are so many companies like Cognizant, Eco Labs, Commvault, Frugal Testing, Learning Routes Ltd., Josh Tech, Infosys, etc., that visit our college for placements.
Infrastructure: Our college provides Wi-Fi, centralised air-conditioned classrooms, and the biggest library. There are 3-4 libraries according to departments. There is a very good ambiance in the hostel. The quality of all other facilities is also good. The price of the hostel food is Rs.3600 per month. If you have taken holidays for more than 15 days then you can pay only for 15 days in a month.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful to students. They conduct mentor-mentee meetings twice or thrice per month to know the problems faced by students. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready also. Exams are somewhat difficult.
Other: I am interested in VLSI chip design so I chose the ECE course. They are at their best. Many events occur every year. Fests and scholarship programs are excellent.

Amity is a place where any hardworking student can become successful.
Placements: The placement department is very active. They try their best to get as many best companies as they can to our campus. Top recruitment companies like Tek Systems, NIIT, Coca-Cola, Hitachi, Byju's visit the campus. University also provides internships for more exposure in the pre-final year.
Infrastructure: Amity provides the best infrastructure in Gwalior. The architecture in itself is comfortable. There are spacious lecture theatres, separate auditoriums for different blocks, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, centralized AC, canteens, cafes, libraries, etc.
Faculty: The faculty members are well qualified and experienced. They are very supportive and let you have a free hand. Overall faculty members are co-operative and the process for each and everything is well defined also the faculty members are well versed with the same. My mentor here has played a very important role in carving and polishing my talents not only in academics but other extracurricular as well.
Other: I always wanted to be an engineer and since I was so fascinated by technology, that's why I chose ECE.

This college doesn't provide a good return on investment.
Placements: Only 3 students got placed from Gwalior campus CRC team, while the rest of the students got placed by Amity Noida campus. Overall, placements are good but not valuable. Small firms or startups visit here recruit to students, and placements will be conducted in unfair manners. Moreover, undeserving students will get recruited first than deserving students. Overall, our college is not good. The highest salary package offered here is 5 LPA, while the average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: The campus is Wi-Fi enabled with high-speed internet. Buildings are good, and labs of electronics and communication branch are good with all instruments. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned, and the library has enough number of books. Roads here are still developing, and there are no trees on the campus. There is one football ground, but it full of stones. The food served in the hostel is good, and the hostel life is also good.
Faculty: Faculty members of electronics and communication engineering branch are not helpful. T0hey always molest you in different manners, and you will always feel that why you have taken admission in Amity University. The course curriculum is very relevant to your growth, but our college doesn't have that type of faculty members to teach this course. For everything, you have to follow the hierarchy.

Amity is a great option to start your career.
Placements: The campus placements here are very good and satisfying. All the top companies like Wipro, Infosys, Google, Cognizant, etc., visit and hire the eligible and capable students. Last year, our senior batch from electronics and communication had 100% placements.
Infrastructure: Since I am a hosteller, infrastructure becomes the most important thing to me. The campus infrastructure is very beautiful and hygienic, providing all the facilities like gymnasium, play courts, libraries, cafe, canteens, etc., with proper maintenance and cleanliness.
Faculty: Amity provides students with the best faculty members who have great knowledge, are very helpful, and guide us in every aspect of life. During my one year in Amity, my mentors here have played a very important role in carving and polishing my talents not only in academics but other extracurriculars as well. The syllabus here is such that students gain knowledge theoretically as well as practically so that they are capable of getting good placements after graduation.
Other: Amity also organises Amifest every year in which there are a lot of activities conducted starting from bike stunt to dance and singing to EDM nights, nurturing every talent of students. It is the most awaited event for all the students every year.

I will not recommend to opt here right now as it is in starting phase, it is not student friendly.
Placements: There was average placement offers received by our seniors. Some of our seniors received dual placement offers. Almost 100% of our seniors got placed at an average package of 2.8 lacs per annum. The highest package received by our seniors was 7.5 lacs per annum, and all students receive an internship. Our college has a sound placement cell which functions very soundly.
Infrastructure: Our college has a great infrastructure. It has separate libraries and labs for the different departments. There is a well-designed sports complex for volleyball, tennis and badminton. There is 100MBPS full Wi-Fi campus. The quality of the food available in a mess and quantity is also above average. Our labs are equipped with sufficient machines and toolkits and also well-maintained. The hostel is also well-maintained with spacious rooms and good security guards.
Faculty: The faculty members and HODs are highly qualified, and they interact with the students and try to teach them as well as possible. The student-faculty ratio is also good. There is below average industry exposure received by the students over here as there are no good and regular industrial visits over here. Thats a great reason the students here lack practical knowledge and focus more or theoretical knowledge. The curriculum here designed is bad as there is a problem of 75% attendance and also the college timing of 9 am to 5 pm is too much for the students as there is no time left for any more activities on which the students are interested.
Other: There is only one youth fest conducted by the university in a year. They also lack workshops, as there are an only 2-3 workshops held in an academic year. There is a scholarship programme offered by the university. According to the 12 percentage there is no further increase in scholarship in the future throughout the programme.

Satisfied with all the facilities, but the timings and attendance (minimum-75%) for anyone.
Placements: The companies which visit for hiring the students are good and even provide a decent package (especially for B.tech), but it is the fault of the students that they could not justify themselves for the job offered. Recently a core company of CSE visited and offered 24 LPA but asked for the data structure. None of the students could fulfil their needs. So at last, the company has to move empty-handed. According to me if you have that zeal in you, you can grab a decent job. Talking about the recent batch which is going to pass out in this summer, two opted out, and until the 4th phase ended. Almost every one was placed in at least in the two companies.
Infrastructure: The well-infrastructure can be suggested as a synonym to Amity. AUMP consists of basically 3 working blocks namely A, B and C apart from boys and girls hostel buildings, mess, cafe, and Amul parlour. Each block has its canteen which provides food at nominalise rates. One drawback is that the college has a big campus of 100 acres, the area is not well utilised. The lift facility is not even present. They provide the labs and everything well, but as I am an ECE student so talking about my labs, they don't provide blackboard and components to experiment, but they have bought experimental kits for the same, which I think is not appropriate for gaining the practical knowledge. Amity here has an 8-9 institution in it, and each institution has its library. The Wi-Fi facilities are also provided throughout the campus, but there are certain loopholes where one can find difficulty in receiving Wi-Fi signals.
Faculty: The faculty members of the university are supportive and well qualified. One can say it has an army of doctorates. The teachers use both methods namely the whiteboard and pen, and also uses the projector for explaining the practical functioning. For the same, each class is provided with a projector. The teacher to students ratio is 1:15. Each branch separately moves for the industrial visits but consists of the 2nd year and above of the same branch. The course curriculum is designed from Amity, Noida. It is useful and quite similar to RGPV-affiliated colleges of Madhya Pradesh.
Other: The fests are conducted in every semesters namely AAROH - the technical fest, and Milenge -the film festival, and recently a big event was organised by the fashion designing department. The fests mentioned above are those in which the whole university students are invited, and apart from that, each institution has its events and technical workshops and seminars. The campus is equipped with one football ground in which one can even play cricket, i.e., it is common for both the sports. It does have volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, badminton court (open) and indoor games like carrom and table tennis can easily be played. For extracurricular activities, if one has the potential to do something can easily do anything in the university can show their talents in every field whether be sports, singing, dancing, poem recitation, debates, poster presentation, research papers and a lot more.
