It is a good option for this course.

Placements: Many students have worked in the Hindustan Times. Apart from this, students get opportunities to work in advertising agencies. Around 70% of students get placed in renowned companies. NTCC and other research-related projects are undertaken by students, which help them in future career pursuits.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is fine with proper seats. There is a central library for all students, and it is open at all times. Students can take part in sports clubs where they are able to participate in inter-college competitions. The canteen is also affordable with good food.

Faculty: The course curriculum is extremely relevant and multi-disciplinary where students are taught subjects apart from their chosen major thus preparing them for the industry. Teachers are also excellent and know their subjects well. Exams are not exactly easy or very challenging and require students to go beyond just written learning.

Other: The best thing is the exposure one gets by being a part of the writing, and production process for the annual magazine or the drama club. Teachers are extremely supportive leading to the holistic development of students.

Most prestigious college with the highest academic support.

Placements: Many students got the opportunity to get into, one of the most renowned companies, namely, Accenture. Few students also got the opportunity to do their internships in Hindustan Times and then join further. Many students have also worked on research papers and few fellow internships.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is world-class. The greenery of the campus adds to the beauty of the campus. The campus is very clean and classes are well ventilated providing a soothing atmosphere for the students. Hostel rooms are very clean and spacious. The quality of food provided in the mess and canteen is exceptionally good. The food is also healthy. They change their menu every 2 months.

Faculty: The subjects included in the course are very diverse. Faculty members also have in-depth knowledge of their subjects. The subjects help the students to develop their critical thinking. They also help us to gain knowledge about diverse areas including politics, human psychology, and literature.

Other: The events organized by various clubs including literary and theatre clubs are aimed at enhancing their research aptitude and also enhance communication skills. They are also aimed at enhancing overall personality and also helping in holistic development.

Reality check of Amity University Lucknow.

Placements: It is not a percentage based course. No companies for our course come to the college but yes, we do get offers from companies like Myntra, Wipro etc. To write content. I don't know about the percentage of students who got internship. However it's less.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good but not there is no proper maintanence. Hostel is good there is everything a student needs, instead he/she is not allowed to take in any kind of electrical appliance. Mess food is average, their menu is average. There is a big ground for any kind of sports even we have sepera basketball court and racket court for uninterrupted experience.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and they will help you with your academics and even with your personal issues if you want any kind of guidance. Although it depends on particular faculty. I can't say about industry ready but I do know if student is hardworking he can be industry ready by himself or exam ready.

Other: I was fed up with my introverted nature and decided to improve my skills of communicating and improving my English I'm happy with my course cause I don think without it I would have been at this point where I know how to control my stage fear.

I am happy to be an Amitian.

Placements: Being a literature student, nothing related to the literature field placements ever came up in the department. But related to other fields like marketing, and sales they used to come. But I would suggest that please focus on things like conferences, seminars, and research papers.

Infrastructure: Everything is fine, there are 6 hostels in total, 3 for boys and 3 for girls. The security is quite strict. You have to come to the campus before 6 PM otherwise they'll call your parents. Food quality is okay. In-room they'll give a small wardrobe, a bed, a table, and a chair, along with a kit. In that kit, they'll give you a towel, bedsheets, a very thin blanket, and a pillow with a cover.

Faculty: Faculty members are helpful and will encourage you. You can also discuss the personal life issue if it's creating hurdles in your academics or bothering you in day-to-day life. They will introduce the syllabus on the very first day and will help you out of the classroom as well.

Other: There are lots of events organised by Amity University like Amiphoria, Sangathan, conferences, seminars, workshops, webinars, and many more. Also, every department has there own clubs like in the literature department there are clubs like mimesis- dramatics club, khayal-e-adab- poetry, and coffee house club- personality development.

Amity: where dreams and career both are made. Fully satisfied.

Placements: A major group of students went for higher education. Some of my friends are working in top MNC companies. Some are pursuing B.Ed. There were several sales marketing and internships provided by the University. A friend got a teaching job in a school, she was offered a package of 3 lakhs 20 thousand per year.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available. Top class hostel both AC and Non-AC. We have a great mess with hygienic and I would say good food. Classrooms are equipped with centralised AC. We a cafe coffee day outlet too. The infrastructure is awesome and I believe that it is inspired by the ancient Roman buildings. We have a Basketball court, football ground and a beautiful small park with benches. We have an infirmary too. There is also a gym for students. A great collection of books are present in the library situated in AB 4 building.

Faculty: Teachers are overqualified and very knowledgeable. The curriculum was very relevant and it makes the students presentable at least. The atmosphere of the university is best suited for students with great exposure in every field. The manner of making students exam ready is best known by the teachers of Amity. The exams tested both bookish knowledges and at the same time critical thinking of a student.

Other: 2 fests are organised by University alternatively. If One-year Sanatan is organised and then the next year amphora is organised. Sangatan is basically sports hai event. Whereas Amiphoria is more like a country fair. The stall is constructed and different things and food are displayed.

One word, amazing! Worth it.

Placements: 75% was the percentage of students that were places in our course. The highest and the lowest package offered, I'm not quite sure. All the top companies. 57% students got internship from my course. Top roles offered in my course were human resource, content writing.

Infrastructure: The facilities and the faculty members both are amazing. Quality of food is not that great but it's palpable. Sports and games both are there. The facilities provided by the college are up to the mark. Hostel facilities and mess everything is upto mark. Great.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and helpful in every way. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students somewhat industry ready. Semester exams are like any other college exams. Passing marks are 33. The teachers are knowledgeable and are really helpful.

Really great University, best teachers and impressive facilities.

Placements: I'm studying English honors programme, which focuses mainly on the development and history of English language. Specifically, there are no placement in this course, but the good knowledge provided by the teachers will surely help the students in future by providing good college for further studies and getting jobs.

Infrastructure: I study as well as live in the university hostel, by this I can assure that there's twenty-four seven Wi-Fi, electricity, full A. C campus and library, University have all kind of student friendly facilities. Mess contains good healthy food with salads. And in hostels especially for girls have few rules and regulations. Which is not at all problematic if one is used to rules and regulations. Night out, day out pass systems are there for the hosteler, by the permission of parents.

Faculty: Teachers are the best in and out of the university. They are friendly plus strict. Help students in all sort of problems. There's also a counselling department for students if they're face any kind of issue related to anything. Study and activities go side by side. Teachers make student balance everything.

Other: I chose this course to enhance my knowledge in the field of English for my further studies. There's also Foreign business language classes. Student can chose any one foreign language they like to study. Everything in the University is balanced which provides really good atmosphere to all the students and staff.

Good infrastructure and facilities, satisfactory placements.

Placements: Most of the students from my course prefer higher studies like master of arts or MBA or something related to civil services, hence placements were never an ultimate goal for us with this course. But for other courses the placement is fine that is what I have heard.

Infrastructure: The campus is centrally air-conditioned. There are 2 canteens, a mess, a bakery and a food truck available in the campus which serve tasty and hygienic food. Furthermore, there is a beautifully built library with numerous books and private cabins. There is an open amity wi-fi too, accessible to all students and faculty.

Faculty: The course is very well structured where all aspects of English literature and language are covered. The teachers are also very helpful and approachable. Also, we are required to make research papers every semester, (apart from the assignments and self-works)which enhances our knowledge.

Other: Amity organizes its annual sports fest called Sangathan in the month of October and its cultural fest in the month of February. Also, every department organizes its own workshops and conferences for the benefit of the students.
