Amity Mumbai does not accepts CUET scores as per the information on the official website. The selection is based on merit for most of the UG and PG courses. The university conducts entrance test or accepts scores in national or state-level entrance exams for admission in BTech, BArch, MBA and PhD courses.

Amity Mumbai admission process usually opens in January/ February for UG and PG courses. Candidates can fill out the form for the preferred course on the university's fees. The application fees of INR 1,500 is waived off at Mumbai campus.

BTech admission at Amity University, Mumbai, is subject to the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria specified by the university. The eligibility requirements vary across the available specialisations. For most BTech specialisations, the university requires candidates to have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM). However, for some specialisations, such as BTech in Biotechnology, candidates who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology (PCM/ PCB) are eligible to apply. Hence, whether or not Maths is compulsory for taking admission to the BTech course of Amity Mumbai depends on the specialisation selected by the candidates.
