The overall experience of the college campus is good enough.

Placements: The campus placements are available at our university. You become eligible to sit in placements in the 7th semester. Many companies visit the college for placements. The latest company that visited is Romania, and the second one is Medkart. The average salary package offered was 5 LPA. My plan after completing B.Tech is to pursue an M.Tech in Cybersecurity.

Infrastructure: Overall, the campus experience is good. We have a well-equipped library and smart classrooms with projectors. Lots of extracurricular activities are offered by the college, in which Sangathan is organised by the college. It is a 3-day sports fest in which all the students from different departments participate in it.

Faculty: Faculty members are very experienced as they have experience of around 15 years. Faculty members are well-educated and are PhD holders in different fields. They teach everything very well. You can approach them in their free time if you did not understand anything during the class.

Other: On-campus fests are organised by the different departments of the college. Amiforia is the national fest of our college held every year.

Ambience and environment are good, with new things to explore.

Placements: For placements, fourth-semester students will be eligible. Tata Foods have visited our college, along with many others. We have many sources for placements. I got a job in my fourth semester as an assistant professor and completed a project, which is basically a small thesis on millet products.

Infrastructure: So far, the overall experience is really good. I have explored different things, and it has helped me evolve as a person. You get to meet a lot of people, socialize, and understand how the real world works. You deal with new things, balancing work, study, and play along with times of fun.

Faculty: The faculty-to-student ratio was normal, and the relationship was very good. I feel free to ask questions, as they are very approachable. I like every faculty member. There are two internals and one semester exam, and the exams are not very difficult; we can answer them. The practicals were also very good.

About M.A. Economics at Amity University.

Placements: Most people think economics does not have good placements but Amity is one of the top institutes providing good placements in every stream. I got 2 internships and one job offer in the campus placements. I got internship in market research and a job in EY as an analyst with a package of 5.75 lacs. The economics students even work at FMCG and IT companies which the college gets them placed in. Top roles are that of market researchers, analyst, and economists.

Infrastructure: The campus is very neat and clean and the infrastructure is great. They have a lot of facilities for the students safety and the college provides a peaceful environment to learn and grow. The gym is the worst here, they do not provide proper machinery or any weights. The university is located on the outskirts of the city and the current locality is under development which will need at least 3-4 years to develop. Hostel has a strict schedule and does not show any leniency. There is no separate canteen for the hostel, there is a lounge area and fully air conditioned rooms are provided. It is quite expensive as compared to the other hostels.

Faculty: Most of the faculty members are willing to help the students according to their necessity. Their teaching is interactive and mostly they discuss about economics and current economic activities. The teachers have done researches in economics and many have done their Ph.D. and Masters in economics. Amity University is top class and has variety of subjects for economics. It truly makes the students industry ready. The semester exams are for 70 marks and 27 is the passing score, but for better placements maintaining a good score is beneficiary.

Other: Amity University is one of the top University in India and I did my B.A. in Economics so I chose M.A. Economics ant Amity University. The crowd is from all over india but mostly from Delhi.

Amity cares about its students, their minds, and their health.

Placements: From the second last semester of UG and PG, students can attend campus placement calls and interviews. There is a separate club for placements that will allow students to attend the placement call, and the club will help them achieve their dreams through campus placement. So many companies, like Wipro, Amazon, Flipkart, federal banks, syndicate banks, etc., hire students through campus placement. The percentage of campus placement is increasing per year; average placement is more than 70%. The average package is more than INR 100000 per month, and the maximum package is INR 10000 per month. After getting a degree, students can choose either placement or higher studies.

Infrastructure: Hostels are quite cramped and totally not worth the money INR 90,000 for non-AC rooms and INR 150,000 for AC rooms for a year. Rooms are quite small and in AC rooms, there is only a 3-hour morning and 3-hour night rule for using the AC. The rooms are ventilated, have a fan and charge. For meals, there are different messes and canteens all over the campus The prices of the canteen are way too much; a meal would cost around 300+ rs. And in the mess, it is okay but has very limited food, like one that has only 2 roti and 2 sabzis. According to a study of a male who workouts, I eat easily 8–9 rotis and there is no kind of additional roti or sabji refill system; they only provide you with one serving at an average cost of INR 70–80. Hostel Fee: INR 150000 per year.

Faculty: I chose this course because I have an interest in it. There are many faculty members in our college and they all have expertise in their fields The ratio between faculty and students in my course is something around 8:60 Our faculty members are highly qualified and their teaching methods are awesome and interesting There are 3 internal exams, of which the best 2 will be added to the final result and a 1-semester exam in a single semester. If you attend all the lectures, there are no difficulties in passing the exam. Class size;-79 The course costs INR 345,000 per year.

Placements: About 85% of students got placed in my course, Masters in economics. The average package offered is about 6 Lacs per annum. Cognizant is the top recruiting company. 100% of students got internships. Business analyst is one of the top roles offered in my course.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is very good. Almost everything is available on campus. The facilities are exceptional. The hostel quality is adequate. A lot of students opt for the hostel in the first and second years. The quality of food in the mess and canteen is pretty good.

Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified in their respective fields. They are always helpful and spare time to clear students' doubts. The course curriculum is relevant and makes us ready for jobs. The difficulty level of semester exams is medium to high. The pass percentage is around 90%.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest in economics and the business world. A little more technical knowledge would have been really helpful in this course. Events, fests and campus crowd are amazing and among the best in the Delhi-NCR region. The campus is well connected by metro, the nearest metro station being Okhla Bird Sanctuary. Lots of extracurricular activities are conducted by various clubs and societies.
