Step 1.1 Visit the official website of GUJCET at gujcet.gseb.org, and click on 'New Registration'.

Step 1.2 Register with a valid email ID and phone number.

Step 1.3 Enter the personal details of the candidate, such as name, age, gender, nationality, etc.

Step 1.4 Enter academic qualification details.

Step 1.5 Scan and upload the necessary documents.

Step 1.6 Pay the application fee of INR 300 through a debit card/credit card, or net banking.

STEP 2: Release of Merit List

After the GUJCET exam results are declared, the university prepares a rank list based on students entrance test scores and Class 12 marks. As per the official website of the university, 40% weightage is given to GUCET scores and 60% to Class 12 theory marks in PCB. This merit list is used to shortlist students.

STEP 3: Shortlisting of Candidates

Once the merit list is released, the university shortlists students based on the order of their merit and the university’s seat intake.
