Kerala University PG Diploma Courses & Fees 2025: Dates, Eligibility & Selection, Application Process

Kerala University conducts two batches for PG Diploma course in Russian language. The morning batch is from 7.30 AM to 9.00 AM on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday and the evening batch from 5.00 PM to 6.30 PM on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Candidates can attend the classes as per their preference. Additionally, the schedule is also given to the candidates by the university and are informed in case of any alterations. Kerala University has a unified admission portal for all UG/PG admissions. For admission to the MBA programme, students must follow the below-mentioned steps:

1: Go to the official website of the university.

2: Click on the link leading to the admission portal.

3: Register as a new candidate.

4: Fill out the application form.

5: Pay the application fee.

6: Submit the form.

As per the latest placement information, 46% of the PG (2-year) batch were placed during the 2023 placements. Moreover, looking at the past three years' data (2021 to 2023), a fluctuating trend was recorded in the placement rate of PG (2-year) courses. The following table depicts the exact numbers:

As per the latest placement information,  881 PG (2-year) students were placed out of the 1,376 students enrolled in the programme. Moreover,  the median package offered to PG (2-year) during the 2023 placements stood at INR 3.15 LPA. The median package for the same course stood at INR 3.12 LPA during the placement drive held in 2022.

The requirement of entrance exam varies course-wise. University of Kerala conducts an entrance exam for PG courses. For most of the UG programmes, admission is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. For MBA, the university accepts national or state-level entrance exams such as CAT,  CMAT and KMAT. Yes, candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination of state or an Examination accepted by the University as equivalent thereto can apply for UG courses at University of Kerala. The Kerala University KEAM Cutoff 2025 was released for admission to various UG and PG courses on the basis of KEAM entrance examination. According to the cutoff in 2025, the closing cutoff in the first and last round for the BTech CSE ranged from 4721 to 5467 for admission to Sree Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering for the students belonging to the General HS category.
