The eligibility criteria for MBA course at Apex University require applicants to have passed a Bachelor's degree (in any discipline) or an equivalent examination, with a minimum aggregate of 50%. A relaxation of 5% in the minimum eligibility requirement is provided to the candidates belonging to the SC, ST, OBC & SBC categories. Such candidates are required to score at least 45% in their graduation. Candidates must also possess the required documents establishing their eligibility at the time of admission.

Apex University provides upto 100% scholarship to students enrolled in its MBA programme. Students can get a fee waiver of 100% in one of the following ways:

• Apex Shiksha Surakha Yojana: Students who have lost their earning parent in any unfortunate event is offered a 100% scholarship on the course fee for the entire course duration.
• Academic/Merit Scholarship: Students who have scored 100% in their graduation or equivalent examination are eligible for a tuition fee waiver of 100%.

As of now, there is no official information available on Apex University's seat reservation policy. However, as per the university's official brochure, two seats are reserved for the wards of CRPF personnel across all the courses offered by the University. This was done to honour the sacrifices and contributions of CRPF personnel. The university may also follow the seat reservation policies of the state and the central govenment. Apex Shiksha Suraksha Yojana is a scheme offered to students who come from a humble background to aid them in furthering their career. Also known as ASSY scheme, it aims to provide financial assistance to eligible students. Find below the categories who can avail of this scheme:
