Review of Arka Jain University (Jharkhand).

Placements: 10 percent of students were placed in my course. The highest package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Prabhat khabar, Silicon media, NDTV, etc. 4 percent of students got internships at Silicon Media. The roles in this course are photographer, radio jockey, news reporter, writer, and cinematographer.

Infrastructure: We have well-equipped lab facilities with Wi-Fi and smart classes. Arka Jain University has the best infrastructure in the city, with all the required equipment to achieve the goal. The hostel is located at a distance from a college with good infrastructure. But sometimes the quality of the food is bad.

Faculty: Faculty members are well qualified and knowledgeable. They are very clear about the topic they teach. Yes, the course curriculum prepares the students to work at an industry level. Semester exams are not very exciting for those who pay more attention to the lectures than the notes.

The university is cost-effective but lacks in providing placements.

Placements: I am a student of the 2022–2025 batch. There are very few placements. Placement in my batch is 0% because the university does not provide opportunities. Internship is an important part of the course, and students have to find internships on their own. The placement opportunities are very limited.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good for Journalism and Mass Communication.

Faculty: The quality of education is very good. The university only lacks in placements. The curriculum is also designed according to market requirements. Semester exams are of moderate level, but it depends on the students themselves. Teachers are very nice and supportive.

Other: However, campus life is good. There are a good number of events, and students organize events themselves.
