The University has a dedicated placement cell that facilitates all types of placement-related activities. Meanwhile, an Annual Job Fair was held by the University wherein 3,800 students registered, 700 selections were made and 2,400 interviews conducted. Arka Jain University has released the official brochure for the academic year 2025. According to the brochure, the overall highest and average package offered during Arka Jain University placements 2024 stood at INR 23 LPA and INR 3.2 LPA, respectively. The highest package was offered by DE Shaw and Co to a BBA student of the 2021-24 batch. Other than this, the highest package offered during MBA placements 2024 (till date) was INR 10 LPA.
A total of 500 offers were made and the placement percentage recorded in 2024 was 71.08%. The placement rate increased by over 4% as compared with the previous year. Furthermore, 110 students got multiple offers and more than 190 offers were made from the Engineering and Tech sector. More than 100 MNCs visited the campus as well during the placement drive 2024. A total of 671 students were placed (highest) in the Manufacturing sector followed by IT & ITES sector wherein 454 students were placed during Arka Jain University placements 2024.
The placement percentage recorded for the Polytechnic 2022 and 2023 batch was 90% whereas 100% placement was recorded for the Optometry batches 2023 and 2024.
