A total of 500 offers were also made during the placement drive 2024. The highest and average package offered in 2024 stood at INR 23 LPA and INR 3.2 LPA, respectively. The placement rate recorded during Arka Jain University placement 2024 was 71.08%.

The University has a dedicated placement cell that facilitates all types of placement-related activities. Meanwhile, an Annual Job Fair was held by the University wherein 3,800 students registered, 700 selections were made and 2,400 interviews conducted. The highest package offered in the Job Fair was INR 8 LPA.

Arka Jain University Placement Report 2024

Arka Jain University has released the official brochure for the academic year 2025. According to the brochure, the overall highest and average package offered during Arka Jain University placements 2024 stood at INR 23 LPA and INR 3.2 LPA, respectively. The highest package was offered by DE Shaw and Co to a BBA student of the 2021-24 batch. Other than this, the highest package offered during MBA placements 2024 (till date) was INR 10 LPA.

A total of 500 offers were made and the placement percentage recorded in 2024 was 71.08%. The placement rate increased by over 4% as compared with the previous year. Furthermore, 110 students got multiple offers and more than 190 offers were made from the Engineering and Tech sector. More than 100 MNCs visited the campus as well during the placement drive 2024. A total of 671 students were placed (highest) in the Manufacturing sector followed by IT & ITES sector wherein 454 students were placed during Arka Jain University placements 2024.

The placement percentage recorded for the Polytechnic 2022 and 2023 batch was 90% whereas 100% placement was recorded for the Optometry batches 2023 and 2024.

Best college of Jamshedpur.

Placements: Placements at Arka Jain University are quite good. Around 80 to 85 percent students from my batch got placed especially from CSE, ECE and management streams. The highest package offered is around 10 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA and the average package ranges between 4 LPA and 5 LPA. Some of the top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Byju's, HCL, Infosys and ICICI Bank. 70 percent students also got internship opportunities in reputed organizations which help in gaining real industry exposure. The top roles offered in our course are software engineer, data analyst, sales executive, business development associate and operations manager.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Arka Jain University is well maintained with modern classrooms, smart boards, well stocked central library, computer labs and dedicated laboratories for practical learning. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled and provides a good environment for academics as well as extracurricular activities. The hostel facilities are also comfortable with spacious rooms, 24/7 security, hygienic food in the mess and proper cleanliness. Sports facilities like a cricket ground, basketball court and gym are also available for students. The campus and hostel provide a safe, friendly and learning focused environment.

Faculty: The faculty members at Arka Jain University are highly qualified, supportive as well as approachable. They focus not only on theoretical concepts but also on practical knowledge, making the classes engaging and easy to understand. Great infrastructure, but average faculty support.

Placements: 65 to 75 percent of students from our batch got placed through campus recruitment. Placement chances are better for students with strong technical and communication skills. The highest package is around 6 to 7 LPA (for students placed in reputed IT firms). The average package is around 3 to 3.5 LPA. The lowest package is 2 LPA (mainly in support or non-core roles).

Infrastructure: The college provides good infrastructure for the BCA course. The classrooms are spacious and equipped with projectors making learning more interactive. The computer labs have Wi-Fi, updated systems and necessary software tools to support programming and project work. The library is well-stocked with academic books, journals, and digital resources, which are very helpful for students.

Faculty: The faculty members are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Some professors are very supportive and explain concepts clearly, while a few focus more on theory than practical applications. Overall, the teaching quality is good, but there is room for improvement in advanced technical subjects.

Other: I chose BCA because I have a keen interest in computers, programming, and software development. It provides a strong foundation for higher studies like MCA as well as career opportunities in IT.

Placements: There are a lot of roles being offered by the course, everything is excellent. The top recruits include DE Shaw, KPMG, Standard Chartered Bank, Reliance, Great Learning, etc. Everyone has to do an internship, they offer at De Shaw, EY, and PwC too.

Infrastructure: Clean mess, there is a nursing room dedicated, there are 2-3 large grounds for playing, and every block has its own auditorium. The university engages in every sport and encourages students to participate, it even includes taekwondo, badminton, cricket, football, etc.

Faculty: The faculty is excellent. They are so helpful and so good, available every time. They provide great help in exams, conduct mock tests, and give you a question bank as well. They guide you in your career path.

Other: It organizes awesome events for the students as well, there are scholarships as well, which are very helpful, and everywhere, there is greenery.

Dissatisfied with its location. Well, not the location but the road is very bad.

Placements: This course will come in 2024. 45% of BCA students are in AI DL section so I can't say anything about the package offered in this course in our college. Well about internships, the college calls recruiters and takes our exam, and whoever qualifies will get an internship.

Infrastructure: Facilities are very nice. There are 6 blocks on the campus and it also has library with computers. Every student is allotted their email and Wi-Fi. The coursera app is free while the student registration is active which helps in skill development for students.

Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful, and they complete the syllabus on time. The semester passed easily because of our teacher, they provided question bank. Well, the course is very effective in today's generation which makes the given task easy for us.

Other: I chose this course because AI is trending nowadays.

The university is cost-effective but lacks in providing placements.

Placements: I am a student of the 2022–2025 batch. There are very few placements. Placement in my batch is 0% because the university does not provide opportunities. Internship is an important part of the course, and students have to find internships on their own. The placement opportunities are very limited.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good for Journalism and Mass Communication.

Faculty: The quality of education is very good. The university only lacks in placements. The curriculum is also designed according to market requirements. Semester exams are of moderate level, but it depends on the students themselves. Teachers are very nice and supportive.

Other: However, campus life is good. There are a good number of events, and students organize events themselves.
