Sarala Birla University BA (Hons) is structured in accordance with the UGC guidelines. BA (Hons) at the university is a full-time undergraduate programme of three years. The course duration is divided into six semesters. In each semester, students have to study core and elective subjects related to their chosen specialisation. • In-campus/ Onine Placement Drive: Company Conducts Pre-Placement Talk. Company organises selection process, it may consists of- Skill / Aptitude / Psychomatric Assestment, etc. Final list of the selected students is announced
• Job Offer and its Acceptance: Post-Placement Discussion on Job Profile and Company's Policy,  Selected students receive Offer Letters
