Chitkara University opens North India's first Apple-powered Campus Experience Centre
Chitkara University has launched North India's first Apple-powered Campus Experience Centre at its Punjab campus, in collaboration with Apple ecosystem partner Radius Systems. The Centre, named Radius Elevate, is now open and gives students and faculty structured access to Apple devices, software training, and discounted hardware pricing. For students considering where to pursue higher education, and for parents evaluating what a campus can offer beyond a classroom, this development is worth understanding in full.

Radius Elevate: Enhancing Technical Capabilities and Access
Radius Elevate gives students a place to work with Mac computers and iPads as part of their studies, research, projects, and independent learning. The Centre supports a wide range of student-led activities. From coding and app development to design, media editing, group projects, and business ideas, students use the Centre to turn ideas into work.
What sets Radius Elevate apart is the access it provides. Many university computer labs have shared computers that students can use only at certain times. This centre gives students regular access to Apple devices and tools during their studies.
Exclusive Benefits and Strategic Partnership
Through Radius Elevate, Chitkara University students and faculty can purchase Mac and iPad devices at special education prices, lower than standard retail rates.
Apple's education pricing is not new, but access to it is often indirect. Because the programme is available through an on-campus centre, students can get guidance before deciding which device to buy.
For parents, this provides greater confidence in the value of the purchase. The Centre device also gives students access to training, workshops, and opportunities to use it in their coursework.
The Radius Elevate Centre is a specific, concrete addition to the Chitkara University campus infrastructure. It is not a rebranding exercise or a cosmetic upgrade. It extends what students can practically do during their time at the university, and it does so through a partnership with a named Apple ecosystem collaborator rather than through standalone hardware purchases.
Speaking at the launch, Dr. Madhu Chitkara, President and Co-Founder of Chitkara University, said, "The Apple-powered Campus Experience Centre gives students access to technology, skills, and experiences that support both learning and career readiness."
Boosting Career Readiness Across Disciplines
The Centre is open to all students, faculty, and members of the Chitkara University academic community at the Punjab campus. Workshops and exploratory sessions are available from June onwards.
This covers students across departments, not just those in engineering or computer science. Students across disciplines can use the Centre for their coursework and projects, whether in design, business, media, or other fields.
Apple's ecosystem supports work across a range of industries, making the Centre useful to students from different backgrounds.
A good learning environment is about more than having the latest technology. Chitkara University has put a proper system in place to help students learn, practise, and make the most of these tools.
Radius Elevate is one center on campus, but it shows the college's focus on practical learning. Students get hands-on experience with industry tools and get more hands-on experience.
The Centre is located at Chitkara University's Punjab campus, and is open now!
